? Non-destructive testing: The welding seam will undertake non-destructive testing by ultrasonic and X-ray to ensure the welding quality.
? Annealing: Annealing treatment should be taken to eliminate the internal force.
? Static balancing: Static balancing test should be taken after assembling to ensure pulley’s service life.
? Vulcanized rubber casting: All the pulleys should take vulcanized rubber. We have professional vulcanized workshop, equipment and technology.
